Account Manager - Online Marketing

Our client is a leader in the field of software development for digital advertising. Headquartered in Denmark, our client operates in 9 other countries and is currently expanding its’ operations in the Czech Republic. In line with their expansion plans an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Key Account Manager to join the firm to educate and promote the features of our client’s sophisticated Ad-Server system to existing and potential clients.

As Technical Key Account Manager you will become an expert in our clients Ad -Server system. Using that expertise you will be supporting their sales department in meetings with potential clients and upselling existing ones.

Duties:
Engage in strategy meetings with our clients to help them utilize the Ad-server system most effectively
Support the sales department with your expertise
Be a liaison between customers and our developers
Introduce new features

• University degree
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in online marketing
• Good knowledge of the online market in Czech Republic
• Have a good technical awareness
• Are proactive, solution-oriented and have had a lot of customer contact in your previous jobs
• Are good at maintaining customer relations
• Are able to work independently and reach assigned targets
• Like to take a lot of responsibility and enjoy a fast pace
• Are good at writing and speaking English and Czech
